One of the world's largest business and home relocation company's and a leader in logistics for integrated high value products, Pickfords UK business has c. £300m turnover and multi-site operations with regional centres and shared service centre outsourced functions.

The company sought to re-deploy regional finance, systems and shared service centre (SSC) staff back into HQ in Enfield, bringing Finance & IT outsourced functions in house. After consulting with Pickfords, it became apparent that the recruitment support mechanisms they had in place were unable to provide the recruitment solutions for the range and type of staff required.

Harcourt Matthews Co-Sourcing Recruitment Solutions was engaged to supplement the recruitment of 17 staff initially as phase one of the recruitment of SSC staff into in house functions. This service was subsequently extended for a further two year period as the HQ team expanded, supporting the FD and HR team recruit for another 15 people.
